Chief Security Officer (CSO)
Our client, a leading multinational construction company in Lagos, is seeking to employ an experienced security professional to fill the role of Chief Security Officer (CSO). The ideal candidate must have a strong law enforcement or military service background and a proven track record of leadership and security expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential security threats.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel and activities.
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a security officer.
- Minimum SSCE certificate or diploma.
- Must be an Ex-police officer or ex-military personnel with a verifiable retirement letter.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month
