Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel standards.
Develop and update menus for the restaurant and events.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or relevant certification.
Previous experience as a chef or cook in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Creative and able to work under pressure.
