Job Title: Change Management Consultant (Mid-Level)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant with 4-5 years of experience to
support organizational transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a
background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and implementing
strategies that facilitate seamless adoption of new processes, tools, and structures. This
role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to minimize resistance and drive
sustainable change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute change management strategies that align with
organizational goals.
 Identify and analyze change impacts on stakeholders and design mitigation
strategies to address potential resistance.
 Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to promote
understanding and adoption of changes.
 Collaborate with project teams to ensure change initiatives are integrated with
project plans and timelines.
 Develop communication materials and manage communication plans to keep
stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
 Monitor and report on change progress, gathering feedback to improve change
management strategies.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related
field.
 4-5 years of experience in change management or organizational development.
 Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
(e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
stakeholders at all levels.
 Proficiency in project management and change management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management
Certification).
 Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
 Background in conducting change readiness assessments and impact analyses.
