Work Mode: On-site, Full Time Work Hours: 8am- 5pm Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join the Organization. As the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the entire oil and gas value chain and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s market presence and revenue stream · Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in upstream (exploration and production) and midstream (transportation and storage) sectors · Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and market analyses to Senior management · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives · Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, technological advancement, and market dynamics Qualifications & Professional Experience ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field ● 7+ years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry ● Comprehensive understanding of upstream, midstream, and downstream operations ● Strong analytical and financial modeling skills ● Proven track record of closing high-value deals in the energy sector ● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members Core Skills & Functional Competencies ● Project Management ● Negotiation and Conflict Resolution ● Market research and analysis ● Risk assessment and management ● Relationship building and networking ● Strategic thinking and problem solving General Conditions ● Remuneration: N400,000- N600,000 (Net) ● Pension ● HMO ● Annual Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
