Administrative Officer
an office manager responsibilities, functions and duties can include:
- Diary and travel management for a company Managing Director or management team.
- Reception duties – answering calls, emails and letters.
- All-around administrative duties
- Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked.
- Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
- Keeping records of office expenditure.
- Data responsibilities, including GDPR.
- Meeting, conference and event planning.
- Researching and writing reports and project work.
- Excellent writing skills (EXCELLENT)
- Ability to use MS office proficiently (word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Assisting with HR and associated staff appraisals and training etc
- People management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
