Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage schedules, organize meetings, and prepare documents
Handle client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Maintain accurate records and ensure document control
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Track office supplies and manage inventory
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service-providing company
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
