Telesales Account Manager l Auckland

What will you do
Reporting to Sales Manager, the focus is to support maintaining and growing key relationships within our customer base. You also need to provide proactive customer service to ensure growth in sales and identify opportunities to increase the DX Mail services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining and growing existing business
  • Identifying and bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques
  • Marketing the company's image and services
  • Organizing campaigns to support the sales objectives
  • Achieve the weekly/monthly revenue targets
About you
Being people and solutions focused. You must have a genuine passion for selling and providing solutions that work for our new and existing customers.
You will need to be a strong team player and have good interpersonal skills. You will also show initiative, be energetic and enthusiastic and be able to work under pressure.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the skills to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Maximise opportunities to promote our brand and increase uptake of our service options
  • Organise and achieve daily call schedules to meet sales targets
  • A basic understanding of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Work well under pressure while having lots of fun
