We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Dunedin as a Postie

If you enjoy working outdoors, being out in your local community and love to be on the go, this is the opportunity for you.

Here’s what you’ll do…

You will be the face of the company as you deliver mail on our motorbike and an E-bike from our depot across the Dunedin suburbs. Being customer-focused, you will provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and relationships as you go.

You'll start your day sorting mail in our branch for delivery. This is a diverse role where you will be operating Motorcycles or our E-bike, early starts and early finishes are the norm; but we can also talk to you about more flexible arrangements.

This is a Part-time role, Monday to Friday, with early starts and finishes (times are up for discussion in an interview)

What we're looking for…

Some of the key things you'll need to perform this role successfully are:

You must have a clean class 6 motorcycle license – Learners, Restricted or Full
Commit to Monday to Friday working days, start time to be discussed at interview, (opportunities to do extended hours as volumes demand)
Enjoy working outdoors in any type of weather
Flexible and reliable
Physically fit and active with a 'can do' attitude and likes to get the job done.
Passionate about keeping customers happy
High regard for Health & Safety standards
Comfortable lifting up to 25kgs
