Are you detail-oriented and tech savvy with a love for building relationships with people? Do you have flexibility with hours and days of work? We are looking for an enthusiastic professional - if you love working with a variety of people and rate your ability to communicate then this is the role for you. This role is the bridge between the lab and the sampling teams within our organisation. You’ll need to have a strong mind for problem solving. No two days will be the same. Roles are Fixed term (Jan to May 2025), either full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week). Based in our office in Mount Maunganui, but with some flexibility to work from home. No Kiwifruit experience required, all training will be provided. This role has three main components:
Using your logistics and scheduling capability to assign work to our sampling team
Offering office support to a variety of stakeholders
Offering basic technical assistance on mobile apps, smart phones, printers and GPS devices
Our support team operates 7 days a week. Rostered shifts are available between 6am - 7pm. ABOUT YOU You will be a natural troubleshooter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can commit to the role for the duration (Jan - May 2025)

Organise and prioritise within tight deadlines
Schedule work to the team for the following day
