Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a full-time permanent Café or Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

- At least 3 years of working experience in Hospitality OR front house.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
- Coordinate menu alongside with Head Chef
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and maintain inventory
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
- Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
- Promote and marketing the business
- Plan, organise special functions/ events/ requests by guests.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- May process payroll and maintain all relevant records
- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
