About the Role
You will collaborate with the Clinical Education team to design and test learning products, while also identifying and implementing system improvements. Your input will shape both current and future learning solutions to ensure they meet our staff's evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct current and future state analysis of LMS functionality with Senior Advisor and Clinical Educators
- Recommend updates to improve the LMS and support a blended learning approach
- Evaluate and redesign learning solutions to keep them current and effective
- Create visual and interactive design assets for learning solutions
- Test new learning products for consistency, functionality, and compliance

We are the one and only paramedic service for Wellington and Wairarapa, and the only one in the country that is free.

Skills and Experiences:
What we are looking for
We are looking for a candidate with experience in:
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience managing an LMS
Level 6 NZQA Qualification
Expertise in learning and development with a focus on LMS best practices
Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail
Proficiency with Articulate 360 and other emerging technologies
Experience in visual or interaction design
