The Investment Operations and Programmes team are looking for a detail-oriented Program Advisor to manage our Investor Migrant processes and support the delivery of the Active Investor Plus Visa (AIP) programme. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of application information gathering, processing, assessment, and communication of outcomes for eligible investment applications and Live Deals platform registrations.
What you’ll be doing - Te whakamahere
In this end-to-end role, you will be the key point of contact for queries regarding eligibility criteria, accuracy of technical documentation and the approval processes for funds and direct investments under the Active Investor Plus visa, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure timely inbox management, application processing and administration.
Key duties include:
- Enquiries management, applicant communication and administration
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted by applicants
- Internal Committee and meeting coordination, minute taking and action setting
- Supporting the Investment teams and Committee members in the assessment of applications
- Documentation and ensuring regulatory record keeping requirements are met
With your commitment to administrative excellence and great relationship management skills, you will relish the opportunity to build positive and productive relationships across Investment teams, Committee membership and external stakeholders. With a knack for operational efficiency, and a curious mind you’ll be key in anticipating daily challenges and identifying process improvement opportunities while keeping our behind the scenes processes robust.

What you'll need to be successful - Ō Pūkenga
You may have experience within the professional services eco-system and will be well versed in using your legal, finance and administrative expertise to ensure the accurate interpretation of legal / technical documentation and smooth functioning of complex operations. You will be a quick thinker, upbeat, highly organised and adaptable by nature, with fantastic coordination skills and the flexibility to multitask when priorities change. We expect that you will be self-directed and self-motivated and be process improvement focused.
Possessing exceptional communication skills, you’ll be confident analysing complex information, distilling what is relevant for stakeholders and advising customers on areas needing further detail. You'll use your administration expertise, commercial acumen and interpersonal skills to successfully work with stakeholders across our Investment team and our global organisation to provide essential support.
You will be an experienced administration wizard, with excellent computer (MS Office suite, particularly Power Point) and communication skills. You'll be amazing at managing competing priorities and use your energy and strong sense of initiative to keep one step ahead at all times. With outstanding administrative service delivery - you bring will value by providing a world-class service to NZTE.
