Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
At least 5 years of development experience within a .NET environment.
Possess a technical certification or equivalent experience with a demonstrated portfolio in SQL. This includes expertise in optimizing database performance through techniques such as index tuning and crafting efficient, high-performance SQL queries.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, including planning, estimating, and collaborating effectively within a team.
Demonstrated ability to define, document, and enhance standard processes and procedures, ensuring they are clear, effective, and continually improved.
Responsibilities:
Coaching and Mentoring: Offer guidance and support to colleagues, Junior Developers, and Developers, helping them to enhance their skills and improve their contributions to projects. This involves providing constructive feedback, sharing expertise, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Solution Definition: Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to identify and define technical solutions that meet project objectives. This includes understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that solutions align with overall project goals.
Best Practices and Expertise: Apply industry best practices in software development, with a particular focus on the .NET ecosystem. This includes hands-on experience with .NET web applications, SQL Server, and Azure services. Demonstrate proficiency in these areas to ensure that development processes are efficient and effective.
Software Re-engineering: Lead efforts to re-engineer existing software solutions, improving their performance, scalability, and maintainability. This involves analyzing current systems, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes that optimize functionality and user experience.
High-Quality Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive analysis, design, and requirements specifications. Ensure that all documentation is detailed, accurate, and aligned with project needs, serving as a reliable reference for development and implementation phases.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
