About the role
We are seeking a Designer or Architect with an aptitude and willingness to work primarily in the interior design discipline. You will work directly with the Project Principal and other Project Leaders to plan and design projects in a variety of sectors.
You will work alongside established design leaders who will encourage and support you to develop your craft and give you room to make an impact. Your ability and drive to learn, innovate and deliver will be honed through access to high-quality projects with ambitious clients. You will be responsible for
- Producing high-quality design work from concept phase through to completion
- Preparing presentations, material boards including digital presentations for clients
- Sourcing and contributing to the projects material and furniture selections
- Assisting the team across all aspects of the design process, including project initiation, conceptual design and technical delivery phases
- Maintaining and updating drawing files
- Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
What experiences/skills you will have
- Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture or Interior Design or recognised equivalent tertiary qualification
- Approximately 5+ years’ post graduate experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up and In Design (Adobe Suite) is a must
- Flexibility to work across scale, sector and discipline. We also work across studios regularly so there may be opportunity to travel.
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and has a proactive approach
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients, teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated approach and positive outlook
