The Opportunity
We have a rare opportunity for a visionary leader to drive the product marketing strategy for Gallagher Security.
Bringing your proven track record in strategic product marketing roadmaps + executing Go to Market plans, coupled with your forte for price positioning conversations + managing product portfolio success, you’ll harness the power of technology to strategize global product portfolio success.
You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, working alongside Product Managers and Product Owners to achieve shared outcomes.
Your mission will be to ensure our product offerings are clearly communicated and resonate with our target audience, driving both engagement and sales.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and a key part of our Marketing leadership team, you’ll own the global development, execution, and maintenance of our product marketing strategy in alignment with the Gallagher Security brand to build loyalty, recognition, and a dominant market presence.

With proven experience in creating and maintaining a consistent product marketing identity, you’ll be able to evolve our product marketing strategy to align with the goals and values of Gallagher Security. To succeed in this role, you’ll also have:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or data analytics.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, including team leadership and strategy development.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify strategic risks, and innovate marketing approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
