About the Role:
As our Gardener & Machine operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the client's properties to the highest standard. Your key responsibilities will include:

About the Role:
As our Gardener & Machine operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the client's properties to the highest standard. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overall Objective:
- Create and maintain an environment that enhances the experience of clients.
- Manage and maintain properties to the highest standard.
- Implement effective disease and pest management measures.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools.
- Effective time management for completing all allocated tasks.
- Preparing soil, planting specific flora, caring for established plants.
- Maintaining plants through pruning, fertilising and other.
- Trimming edges and clearing weeds.
- Managing the construction of garden borders and landscapes, and other basic garden features
- Maintaining and caring for equipment in safe and reliable state.
- Clearing and disposing of garden rubbish and waste.
- Controlling unwanted plants through use of herbicides and pesticides.
- Safely handling tools and equipment such as lawnmowers and diggers.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Suitable horticultural qualifications and/or experience - Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
- Growsafe spray certificate - preferable.
- Current drivers lisence: full manual license.
- Experience in handling gardening equipment: Minimum 2 year experience operating ride on mowers.
- Language Skills: Must be able to speak english.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as horticultural, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and address a variety of garden and general maintenance issues efficiently
