Grocery Supervisor – New World Gardens
Full Time Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person to join our grocery team at New World Gardens. Under the direction of our Grocery Manager and Assistant Manager you will be an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring there is a full range of products available for our customers, be the primary point of contact within the department, assist with training and development needs within the grocery team.
We are looking for a supervisor who is filled with drive and enthusiasm and who thrives on a challenge. This is a great mentoring role assisting the team to develop their potential and become invaluable members of the grocery team.

- Compliance with our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
- Prevent wastage through product rotation
- Assist with ticketing, re-pricing and stock take requirements
- Accepts responsibility, and presents ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Staff/Task Allocation
- Solid computer skills including spreadsheet management
