Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Offer support and cover for our Service Desk as needed.
- Assist with front-end tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

32 hours per week, including one weekend shift. - Friendly and collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts.
