Are you looking for a flexible role in a down to earth company? We are seeking a Financial Administrator to support the busy team at Wallace Murray Electrical.
Whilst the role has a key component of Financial Administration, general admin tasks are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks to support the workshop operations.
- Manage debtor and creditor accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST returns
- Assist with job management, including inventory and stock control.
- Provide administrative support for Health & Safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using ABM software preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail, especially with numbers
- Competent user of Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Health and Safety processes (an advantage).
- Ability to work well in a busy, workshop environment.
