Are you looking for a flexible role in a down to earth company? We are seeking a Financial Administrator to support the busy team at Wallace Murray Electrical.
Whilst the role has a key component of Financial Administration, general admin tasks are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative tasks to support the workshop operations.
Manage debtor and creditor accounts.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Handle GST returns
Assist with job management, including inventory and stock control.
Provide administrative support for Health & Safety
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience using ABM software preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail, especially with numbers
Competent user of Word and Excel
Knowledge of Health and Safety processes (an advantage).
Ability to work well in a busy, workshop environment.
