About the opportunity
We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team at T&G Fresh.
As a fresh produce company, we rely on crates and pallets to store and transport our quality fruit and veges to our customers all over New Zealand. The financial administration for crates and pallets can be complex, so we're looking for someone with sharp reconciliation skills who can connect all the moving pieces.
Key responsibilities include:

Balance sheet reconciliation – matching paid invoices with purchase orders
Accounts payable reconciliations and payment advice
Credit note management – keeping track of credit notes and matching to invoices
Variance analysis - reporting and resolution
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure crates and pallets processes are followed to ensure a streamlined finance flow

About you

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Receivable, or Inventory role
Strong account reconciliation skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Practical problem solver
Organised, process-oriented approach to your work
Background in logistics and knowledge of crates and pallets would be a bonus!
