Job Description About the role An exciting opportunity within the Nelson site has become available for an individual who can manage and process the export and finance documentation for our global sales. This is a busy and fast-paced role with a range of responsibilities. As an Export Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and processing export documentation
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Managing and processing international trade transactions
Working alongside the sales team and customers
Liaising with external agencies including NZ Customs, MPI, Chamber of Commerce, shipping agencies, and banks
Qualifications For this role, you’ll need:
Excellent numeracy and data accuracy
Strong time management skills and the ability to problem solve
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office products
Strong communication and relationship skills
The ability to pick up new systems quickly
