About us:
At Busy Bees Martinborough, we believe that as an early learning centre we have an important part to play in our local community and a very special opportunity to positively impact the lives of our tamariki in their early stages of development. We are fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful community, having so many intergenerational family connections where siblings can foster tuakana-teina relationships (older-younger child) as well as one where families return and recommend us to others! Getting to know our individual families so well, means kaiako and families interact as a wider whānau, sharing and laughing together.
About you:
Previous experience in an ECE environment would be a definite advantage although candidates who are great at communicating, friendly, approachable and who are passionate about nurturing and caring for the needs of our tamariki should also consider applying. You will be supporting a professional team of teachers in a fun, positive and rewarding environment. You must be enrolled in a Level 7 ECE degree.
As a valued teacher at Busy Bees, you will be provided with:
- Generous Study Incentive Programme for Teachers in Training
- We have opted in for Full Pay Parity
- Subsidised childcare
- Once qualified we will pay for your teacher registration costs
- First Aid certification and annual flu vaccination
- Uniform
- A monthly staff wellbeing budget and access to EAP services
- A generous PLD budget where you can choose PLD for your own learning.
- Comprehensive induction, mentoring and appraisal processes and ongoing opportunities for career growth!
- A highly skilled and supportive team to work alongside!
This is a fantastic opportunity to put theory into practice and to join a wonderful team! Apply now with your CV and Cover letter and join the whanau who know how to support great people!
Please note: Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
