Duty Manager
Three Musketeers Group Limited, operating Domino's Warkworth, is a dynamic and customer-focused company committed to delivering exceptional service and quality. We are looking for Duty Managers for our store (Domino's Pizza) in Warkworth, Auckland who shall perform the below-mentioned tasks:
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $27 to $32 per hour
Other requirements:
Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
- Perform day-to-day duties at the store as directed by the Store Manager.
- Take full responsibility for shifts in terms of store operations, team management, production, and quality standards to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Assisting the store manager in maintaining proper coverage and team member schedules.
- Focus on sales to ensure that the business runs smoothly and performs at required company standards.
- Manage overall operations, cost controls, health and safety and driving profitability during every shift.
- Record financial transactions and reconcile it at the end of each day including the cash payments.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels. Order products as required ensuring that stock is available at all times.
- Ensuring the standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service are met at all times.
- Help with training the team members and allotting duties to them for daily functioning.
- Dealing with customer complaints in a collaborative manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage order deliveries as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $27 to $32 per hour
Other requirements:
- 6 Months of relevant work experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Available to work on weekends, late evenings until 1:00 AM and public holidays
- Team worker
- Interpersonal Skills
- Good with managing time.
- Physically fit to stand for a longer duration
- Hardworking and passionate individual
- Attention to detail
Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
