Delivery Driver
Waraich Enterprises Limited is a small family-owned business. Due to increase in our workload, we need delivery driver to deliver grocery from supermarkets to our customers.
Job Title-Delivery Driver
Starting Pay Rate $25.50. Guaranteed minimum weekly hours will be 30 each week. Any extra hours worked will be compensated at base hourly rate.
This is a Monday to Sunday role involving rotating shift work And Split shift work.The minimum hours of work is 30 hours per week, with a varied start time, depending on business requirements.

What will you be doing?
- The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver our goods to customers, utilising our fleet of vehicles.
- Safe loading and on-time departure of delivery vehicles as required
- You will be doing around 54 deliveries in a Day in 3 shifts time
- Safe delivery of goods to each of our customer sites
- Ensure deliveries are made in full, on time and in accordance with our customers' requirements
- Ensure that the vehicle remains fit for purpose for the next day or driver
- Be physically fit - frequent lifting of up to 25kg (manual handling required)
- Class 1 NZ licence or overseas equivalent licence
- Ability to drive manual shift truck
- Minimum 6 months of driving experience preferred but not essential
- An understanding of food warehousing & distribution
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work unsupervised
Pay: $25.00 – $25.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Overtime pay
- Tauranga, Bay of Plenty: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Drivers Licence (Preferred)
