We now have a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join the team as our new Commercial Business Manager responsible for sales in the Palmerston North, Levin and Paraparaumu catchment. The successful applicant will need to be located in one of these areas to enable ease of doing business.
Reporting into the Central Sales Lead, you will be critical in our growth agenda as you build new and leverage existing partnership opportunities with key customers within the Central region. Quick snapshot of the role:
Being the expert in the catchment, understanding what is required to win in the region, including understanding the customer, sectors and demographic.
Building and maintaining relationships to drive new sales.
Prospecting, lead generation and winning new business.
Delivering end to end exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
We are looking for a collaborative & energetic individual who has a passion for success. You will be able to point to a strong background in sales and/or business development at a commercial level and be skilled at developing win-win solutions.
Ideally you will have strong existing relationships to leverage existing and harness future opportunities. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to communicate effectively to all levels and be highly results driven. Your knowledge of how to size an opportunity, gauge the value of that opportunity and develop the best fit implementation plan will be critical to your success. Additional Information
