We have one of New Zealand’s largest media spends (hence the scale we mentioned you would be exposed to), and often get to be in ‘global firsts.’
Reporting into our Media Strategy Lead you will plan, deliver, and analyse performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels with an eye towards performance metrics that deliver in a retail environment and maximize the metrics that matter most to our business. Work with marketers and creatives to produce, dispatch and report leading creative that is platform first! Your day to day will look like:
Prioritising accountability for the performance of campaigns to deliver against immediate business objectives
Work with key stakeholders to optimise key performance channels, including Google / SEM, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok
Develop and optimise the use of personalisation to improve targeted communications of our product offerings
Evaluate the effectiveness of media plans against goals and all key audience segments
Develop and execute original content assets with our creative production team
Participate as a cross-functional partner with agency partners to create and execute highly engaging, integrated campaigns
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will be a hustler, proactively keeping up with the latest trends and updates and resilient to the ever changing landscape of digital marketing.
In your toolkit you will possess:
2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing and/or Media Planning and Buying roles (agency or client-side experiences)
Detail orientated
Technical knowledge of ad serving and experience with SEM, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360.
Detail orientated and passion for data and reporting
A team player with strong relationship skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally, including influencing and managing relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have a passion for technology and innovation.
