About the role
We are looking for an Administration Coordinator on a 4-month fixed-term contract to help provide centralised administrative business and operational support to the Neighbourhoods & Communities division in their delivery of exceptional services to our community. The reason for this fixed-term contract is due to the implementation of Bookable system and we need additional help until the project is complete.
We are a small team, supporting a vibrant, diverse and purposeful organisation. You will join a team who are responsible for the administration and operations of our hubs, libraries and community halls and cemetery bookings - and our museums and pools in future too - supporting our staff on the frontline to deliver exceptional services to our communities.
About You
You'll enjoy working in a team, be supportive, fun and have a sense of humour and a can-do attitude. You will need to be very flexible, and want to jump right in and help where needed. You will need to work from different sites, and sometimes from home. You'll have a proactive and energetic approach to work, strong attention to detail, and think outside the box. You will be committed to yours and others wellbeing, and having fun whilst delivering the best possible service.
