As an Admin Coordinator at our Whanganui office, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our office. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing accounts payable, processing orders, and performing general reception duties as needed. A positive, can-do attitude will be crucial to your success in this role. You will report directly to the Admin Manager. We are looking for an organized, adaptable individual who can work both independently and as part of a team We will welcome you into a fun office environment and into an organisation with a genuine focus on supporting people with intellectual disabilities. You will bring:
A genuine interest in learning new skills
A commitment to following established business processes and clerical systems
A well-organised, methodical approach
Experience working with the Microsoft suite products is a must
The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
Good verbal and written communication skills
