What you'll do:
You will sell Media Works Digital, Radio, and Out of Home, grow existing accounts, seek new leads and develop new business.

• Lead generation and new business development
  
• Increasing Media Works' revenue share and growing your client portfolio by implementing strategies to meet clients objectives
  
• Invest in and enjoy building trusted long term relationship with our clients
  
• Achieve targets & KPIs
  
• Creation of customised solutions to assist clients achieve success and grow their business
  
• Update customer and sales information into Salesforce
  

What you'll bring:
You are a people connector who has a successful track record in delivering exceptional client experiences, growing revenue and converting opportunities into win/win outcomes. Driven to succeed by finding new opportunities, nurturing strong and trusted long term client relationships.

• 5+ years experience in Account Management and Sales with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes
  
• Takes ownership to make things happen with constant focus on delivery excellence and customer centricity
  
• Proven track of hitting sales targets and providing solutions based on customer needs
  
• An understanding of the sales process, excellent time management and organisation skills
  
• Confident and outstanding communication skills
  
• Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines under pressure
  
• Core capabilities encompassing Communication, Collaboration and Courage
