At You Can, we are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Support Advisor. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients by assisting them with any technical issues they may encounter while using our products and services.
As a member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical problems, and providing guidance on product features and functionality. To excel in this role, it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional customer service. Familiarity with help desk software is also a plus.
Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and needs, share them with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Qualifications:Requirement and skills

Bac +4
Experience as a Customer Support 3 years minimum
Fully fluent in English and Arabic and/or French
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases

Preferred

E-commerce or/and retail digital experience is a BIG PLUS
Experience using Zendesk
Familiarity with Agile development environments, SCRUM or/and Kanban practices
