Project Manager

Job Overview: As Webloo’s Project Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. All while ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget, and maintain high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Click Up).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
Pay: 10,000.00DH - 13,000.00DH per month
