Intern Coordinator (Creative & Marketing Agency)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Intern Coordinator.
Internship Overview: The Intern Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day management. This role involves working closely with interns, supervisors, and various departments to ensure a smooth and productive internship experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine interest in mentoring and developing talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for internship positions, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement orientation and training programs for new interns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for interns, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with department managers to assign interns to appropriate projects and tasks.
- Monitor intern performance and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
- Organize and facilitate intern events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain and update internship program materials and documentation.
- Collect and analyze feedback from interns and departments to continually improve the program.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in an internship or educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with interns and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with HR software is a plus.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting the professional development of interns.
What We Offer:
Pay: From 3,000.00DH per month
