Job Description:As the Media Buyer with a Lead Generation background, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns aimed at acquiring high-quality leads for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, analytics, and sales teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI maximization through targeted media strategies tailored to lead generation objectives. KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and implement media buying strategies focused on generating high-quality leads through digital advertising channels (e.g., PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, native advertising).
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget management, bidding strategy, targeting, and creative development.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROI to meet or exceed lead generation goals.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for lead conversion.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital advertising and lead generation.
Develop and execute retention marketing campaigns through email and text messaging.
Personalize email and text messages to target specific customer segments.
Track and analyze the performance of email and text marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of retention marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a focus on lead generation, preferably in a lead generation agency or digital marketing environment.
SEO experience is a plus
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, etc., and their respective targeting capabilities.
Experience with performance tracking and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
