Line Leader
Produce according to production order defined by Value Stream Supervisor and production planner.
Monitoring of following manufacturing and quality instructions at each position of the line.
Monitor and fulfill production data with SFCS (Shop floor control system) system
To define and monitor the process step sharing in the line according to process flow instruction first part inspection and release.
100% visual and electrical checking according to final checking instruction plan included bar code scanning or other process step in the line if prescribed.
Packaging of the goods according to packaging instructions (correct quantity and packaging) if prescribed.
Monitoring of keeping labor safety instructions.
Supervision of 5S in the line, making daily 5S audits.
Coordination of set up of the line at product change, changing of documentation and equipment release of production equipment after repairmen.
Filling out of LPMS board after each working hour (if applicable) or monitor SFCS system, in case of deviation escalate to Value Stream Supervisor.
Coaching the operators to reach planned cycle time and zero defect.
Coaching the operators to let them create improvement proposals for the line process.
Permanent feedback for the operators about production status of the line.
Rotate the operators between the positions to increase line performance.
Issuing production data and material overconsumption into SAP production order.
Filling out of daily down time schedule in SFCS system.
Information for the next shift regarding shift results, Q and technical events.
Support of the evaluation of the operators.
