We are looking for
Cleanliness Engineer
at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, MoroccoYour tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:- Continuous cleanliness checks (Warehouse; production, environment, worker related cleanliness, …
- Define equipment specification for cleanliness equipment (equipment validation plan, MSA, safety standards)
- Lead the SAT, FAT (Site acceptance test, factory acceptance test) for Cleanliness equipment.
- Coordinate implementation of cleanliness equipment (facility, instructions, data acquisition, maintenance plan)
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability (regarding cleanliness) and scalability of new products.
- Coordinate with supplier (or internal eq. & auto.) for development and validation of cleanliness equipment
- Support creation of P-FMEA with supplier / eq. Auto. Team
- Coordinate sample test activities regarding cleanliness.
- Participate in PPAP process regarding cleanliness
- Cleanliness audits together with quality team.
- Communicate cleanliness status, risks, and issues to the project team, plant and management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Support running Project with cleanliness requirements for any ongoing concerns
- Industrial / Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / or BAC+4 with experience 3 years in similar tasks
- Project Management skills
- experience in automotive industry (3 years)
