We are looking for
Automation Engineer
at one of our locations in
Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco
Your tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:- Support RFQ-Team to define necessary invest for manufacturing plan
- Support equipment specification for automated lines (fully or semi-automated) and also equipment validation plan, MSA, safety standards
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products with respect to Automation.
- Coordinate with supplier (or internal eq. & auto. team) for development and validation of automated lines (fully or semiautomated)
- Analyse / optimize / change / adapt software of existing automated (and semiautomated) lines.
- Support the SAT, FAT (Site acceptance test, factory acceptance test) for Automated line / equipment.
- Support implementation of manufacturing plan in the plant (facility, instructions, data acquisition, maintenance plan)
- Creation of P-FMEA with supplier / internal eq. Auto. Team
- Support sample build activities.
- Participate in PPAP process
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the project team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot the running Project with automated lines (fully or semiautomated automated) for any ongoing concerns
