We are looking for

PLC Programmer

at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

• Develop and write programs for PLCs to control industrial machinery and processes.
• Test and debug PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to design control systems that meet operational requirements.
• Create detailed documentation for system designs and configurations.
• Install PLC systems and associated hardware.
• Commission new PLC systems, ensuring they are fully operational and meet performance standards.
• Perform regular maintenance on PLC systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair faults in PLC hardware and software.
• Implement upgrades to existing PLC systems to improve performance or add new features.
• Modify PLC programs to accommodate changes in operational requirements.
• Ensure all PLC programming and installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct safety checks and risk assessments on control systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of control systems.
• Stay updated with the latest PLC technologies and industry best practices.
• Manage PLC-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source PLC components and support services.
• Evaluate and select appropriate PLC hardware and software based on project requirements.
• Ensure that all PLC systems adhere to relevant industry standards and company policies.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards that affect PLC programming and control systems.

• Industrial / Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / or BAC+4 with experience 3 years in similar tasks
• Project Management skills
• experience in automotive industry (3 years)
