Job Description: Join our team as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Satguru Travel, a leading travel agency committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will handle inbound inquiries related to travel bookings, trip planning, and customer support, ensuring our clients have smooth and memorable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding travel bookings, flight changes, hotel reservations, and vacation packages. - Assist clients with trip planning, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. - Resolve issues related to booking cancellations, refunds, and travel itinerary changes. - Provide customers with information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current travel deals, promotions, and industry trends. - Document customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring all records are accurate. - Collaborate with suppliers and partners (airlines, hotels, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry. - Knowledge of travel booking platforms (GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle high volumes of calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues and travel disruptions calmly. - Passion for travel and the ability to inspire customers with destination knowledge. - Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
