Job Summary:
As a Car Rental and Transport Touristique Specialist, you will be responsible for managing vehicle rentals, coordinating transportation services for tourists, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and preferences
• Process rental agreements, payments, and provide vehicle handovers
• Coordinate tourist transportation schedules, including airport pickups, guided tours, and special requests
• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and inspected before rental
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide resolutions
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Keep records of rentals, contracts, and vehicle status

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in car rental, tourism
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in [required languages, e.g., English, French, etc.] is a plus
• Knowledge of local tourist destinations and routes is advantageous
