HR Specialist

Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations by addressing basic queries, helping with employee engagement initiatives, and supporting HR projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, assisting with the preparation of required documentation.
  • Learning and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees, fostering a continuous learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Good English Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Stress Management: Capable of working under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • Flexibility: Open to learning new skills and adapting to various HR tasks as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with HR software/tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
