### Job Specification: Technical SEO Specialist
**Location:** Office-based, Morocco
**Salary:** 9,000 to 14,000 Dhs per month (depending on experience)

We are part of a group of companies with operations in the UK, Australia, and the USA. We specialise in digital marketing strategies, focusing on improving website performance and visibility in search engine rankings.
**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled Technical SEO Specialist to optimise the technical aspects of our websites, ensuring strong search engine performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawling, indexing, and page speed optimisation. You will collaborate closely with the development and content teams, as well as work with business owners in the UK.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify issues impacting search engine rankings.
- Optimise site architecture, URLs, and internal linking for improved crawlability and indexability.
- Improve page load times and ensure the website is mobile-friendly.
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
- Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all websites.
- Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and the latest technical SEO trends.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other SEO auditing software to monitor and report on website performance.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Technical SEO Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Java Script as they relate to SEO.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
