Customer Service-Supply chain
Organizing a timely and professional response to customers immediately after their request.
- Stopping unwanted products that are unwanted and good organization for sorting them.
- Entry into the system and informing the management.
- Improving the quality of production products based on the experience gained from the client's demands.
- Participation in the development and updating of FMEA
- Participation in the planning of improvement of the quality of the products based on the concessions of the customers. Promoting product quality to customers in discreet communication.
- Controlling corrective measures in Guardus.
- Contacting buyers, suppliers and other departments.
- Preparing a failure analysis based on the client's demand. Organizing meetings with representatives of other departments, documenting the brainstorming results using quality tools (5Why, Ishikawa, 8D) and sending the result to the client in the form of the 8D report.
- Submission of 8D portals to users.
- Verification of the effectiveness of corrective measures taken based on consumer complaints in the form of an 8D audit.
- Participation in the preparation of the audit.
- Participation in the training of new workers and employees.
- Fulfilling the director's instructions.
- Report on completed tasks.
- In case of mismatch, serial deficit may occur. Internal engineers should stop production and inform management.
- Maintaining a clean workplace
- Fulfillment of additional tasks given by the quality engineer or department head.
- Documentary compliance for environmental management
- Respecting and participating in the rules of the environmental management standard ISO 14001, safety and health in the workplace ISO 45001 and the energy efficiency standard ISO 50001, as well as the preparation of documentation required for Audits and providing support during them.
