Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Alharam Dahabi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage outbound calls for follow-ups and customer feedback.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Social Media Engagement:
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels.
  • Engage with customers in a positive manner, addressing their concerns and promoting a positive brand image.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to handle advertising messages and campaign responses.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service database.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, common issues, and service performance.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on Alharam Dahabi's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, social media platforms, and MS Office(not necessary).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
