Schedule medical evaluations and request necessary documents for workers' compensation cases.
Gather case details and medical records from attorneys and other parties to prepare for evaluations.
Handle appointment rescheduling requests and communicate changes promptly.
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient operations and paperwork completion.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (required).
Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office software.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Reliable transportation.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in scheduling, especially med-legal/QME scheduling.
Background in communication, business, or marketing.
High-volume call center experience.
Knowledge of the workers' compensation industry.
Work Environment:
This position is currently remote, but candidates should be prepared to transition to on-site work in the near future.
