Verify the kitchen operation, during his shift oversees the operation according to stablished policies and procedures to assure the highest standards application.

Male/Female
Experience in food and safety Management system standards
Experience 1 year as a minimum
Staff Management skills
Bachelore in clulinary studies or diploma
Microsoft Office Skills
Work underpresure skills
Great Attitude
Teamwork
Proactive
Leadership
Knowledge about FSMS, FORBES and LQA standards
Male/Female
