About the Job

Responsible for ensuring compliance with various local, state and federal tax regulations. Implements strategic measures and develops policies and procedures for proper compliance with applicable national and international tax laws in various tax-related operational areas.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare and fill the Federal monthly tax calculation of corporate income tax, VAT, WHT, Salary taxes, as well as being responsible for their proper accounting.

Prepare and fill the Local monthly tax calculation payroll tax and accommodation tax.

Prepare and fill the annual income/corporate tax and local taxes of the different entities in charge of the administration of the Resort and Private Homes in accordance with the Tax Legislation.

Prepare and submit the informative returns DIOT, foreign payment, intercompany transactions

Monitor and analyze changes in the tax laws to minimize the impact in the group companies

Coordinate the external audit and the issuance of the financial statement and the tax report (Dictamen Fiscal) for the companies

Prepare the deferred tax of the Mexican companies

Review and analyze foreign payments to avoid double taxation

Review of agreements /contracts for tax purposes

Attend official notices / audits form the tax authorities

Reconciling the general ledger (GL) Accounts related to tax accounts and fixed assets

Coordinate the Pricing transfer report

Fill the local and master file return

Ensure the correct compliance of the electronic accounting obligation.

Coordinate the audit and be responsible of the Data Protection Law compliance

Prepare and fill the money anti laundry returns

Responsible to ensure the renewal of operating Licenses

Responsible to fixed asset control of the company book, prepare JE depreciation, capitalization.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related fields.
+3 years of experience working with Finance and Accounting, focused on Taxes Excellent knowledge of Tax Accounting, Tax compliance and all types of Tax Returns
Able to manage multiple task in a daily operation, proactive,
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Desire experience in Luxury Hospitality Background is preferred or big four tax firm
