As a Staff Admin Specialist at Carolina Logistics, you will be responsible for providing support to Directors, managers and the rest of the staff, ensuring a good laboral environment.

As a Staff Admin Specialist at Carolina Logistics, you will be responsible for providing support to Directors, managers and the rest of the staff, ensuring a good laboral environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as a Director's Assistant or in a related role.
- Desirable experience in the logistics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology or related field.
- Advanced English level (conversational).
Job activities:
- Administrative Support.

- Compliance and Reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office.
