As a Key Account Manager specializing in Ground Freight at Carolina Logistics, you will be the key advocate for our clients, ensuring they experience seamless and successful ground freight logistics.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience working as an Key Account Specialist/Manager.
Experience in the logistics field, specifically in the ground freight industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Advanced English level (Conversational).
Job activities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for key accounts.
Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements.
