As an Account Executive with a primary focus on customer service at Carolina Logistics, you will be a crucial link between our SDRs and KAMs.
Job activities:
KPIs based on number of meetings/calls online and offline to ensure effective presentation of the services of the company.
Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for client requirements.
Lead contract negotiations, including terms and service agreements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the air freight sector.
Work closely with the Sales Development team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads follow up.

Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience working as an
Account Executive / Sales executive.
Experience in the logistics field, specifically in the air freight industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
