As an Account Executive with a primary focus on customer service at Carolina Logistics, you will be a crucial link between our SDRs and KAMs.
Job activities:
- KPIs based on number of meetings/calls online and offline to ensure effective presentation of the services of the company.
- Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for client requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations, including terms and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the air freight sector.
- Work closely with the Sales Development team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads follow up.

Requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience working as an
- Account Executive / Sales executive.
- Experience in the logistics field, specifically in the air freight industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Advanced english level (Conversational)
