Job Purpose Summary
Support billing operations and processes in order to ensure collection of account balances and accurate recording.

What you will do

• Process accounts receivables transactions
• Generate timely and accurate customer invoices
• Manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate records.
• Complete posting of cash receipts (including high volume) to customer accounts in AX (ACH, wire, lockbox checks, etc)
• Send out customer statements. Communication with customers to request payment, arrange payment plans, or address inquiries.
• Log into customer portals to upload invoices where needed
• Manage collections efforts and associated functions, including accurately recording in the system
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
• Other related duties as assigned
